Our Strategic Plan and Vision
In June 2020, we adopted a new Strategic Plan, setting ourselves on the path to becoming a regional center of excellence. At the time, our Executive Director, Simon Fulford, wrote, “Even during the challenging times our nation and local communities are facing, we remain committed to our mission. We have doubled-down on our efforts to ensure that those most in need receive individualized care, support and nurturing.”
Like any good plan, we see this very much as a live document and regularly revisit it to make sure it remains relevant and responsive to current events, emerging trends and the ever-changing needs of our communities. We continue to adapt both our day to day work and our strategic plan to the short and long term community impacts of the coronavirus pandemic, local environmental disasters (particularly Oregon’s annual forest fires), social injustice, structural racism and the unequal economic recovery that is playing out before us.
We invite you to dig into our 2020-2023 Strategic Plan as well as our updated Vision Document: Summer 2021, and we would love to discuss it with you in person at any time.
Thank you for your interest in, and support of, our vision as we continue growing and serving our community’s vulnerable youth and families.
