Position Details:

Title: Residential Program Supervisor

Days/Hours: 40 hours per week, schedule will rotate and shift flexibility is necessary for training and supervision purposes.

Hourly rate range: $17 to $19 an hour depending on education and experience.

General Description and Purpose of Position:

Parrott Creek is hiring a full time Residential Program Supervisor to train, supervise, develop and monitor the progress of staff that works with high-risk adjudicated male youth (13-18) in our residential programs that provide a structured, consistent and respectful environment using a trauma-informed and collaborative approach. Supervision and support from this position is critical to the staff’s fundamental role of modeling and counseling youth in our programs in daily living skill as well as coaching them through the challenges of living together and maintaining a healthy, sage and clean communal living environment.

The Residential Program Supervisor will work closely with and directly report to the Residential Program Manager to maintain adherence to program curricula, program rules, routines and to the agencies policies and procedures. As part of the team at Parrott Creek, the Residential Program Supervisor s training includes but is not limited to use of collaborative problem solving In a residential setting, mindfulnesss and other trauma informed interventions to support youth in the milieu.

Education, Experience and Training:

Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience within the field of social work, psychology or a related field, and one year of supervising employees is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

First Aid and CPR certification and a Food Handlers card are required.
