Get Involved

Since 1968, we have been supporting youth and families impacted by the juvenile justice and child welfare systems, as well as those struggling with addiction, mental health needs or homelessness. Our approach is to address the various social, economic and health factors that cause trauma to individuals and communities and that lead to reduced access to resources, supports and opportunities.

We combine evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment models with restorative justice and mindfulness to help individuals become aware of past and current behaviors, and develop tools to make concrete changes. Our programs range from early interventions and community support to outpatient treatment and intensive residential services.

Land Acknowledgement

Parrott Creek Child and Family Services is located on the stolen ancestral homelands of the Clackamas, Cascades, and Tumwater bands of Chinook people; the Tualatin and Pudding River bands of the Kalapuya people; and the Northern Molalla people. After being forcibly removed, the descendants of these tribes are now part of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians and the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Community of Oregon. Today, Parrott Creek is dedicated to building meaningful and lasting relationships with these and other local Indigenous communities, including partnering in cultural ecology and land restoration projects with the first stewards of these lands.
